Run Your First 5K!

Our Run Your First 5k Program is back this spring beginning April 8 and running for 8 weeks. This program is perfect for the new or returning runner who wants to gradually build to their first (or first in a while) 5k through careful guidance from our Program Lead and her team of volunteers.

 

After 8 weeks, you'll not only have gained confidence and logged lots of miles, but also long-lasting friendships and a community to keep you going! This program is for members only and free of cost! Click here to learn more.
